8.1.2 Protection against corrosion
Protection against corrosion shall be ensured by the use of suitable materials or by protective coatings to the exposed surface, taking account of the intended normal service conditions of use and maintenance. Compliance to this requirement is checked by the test of 10.2.2.

Защита от коррозии должна обеспечиваться применением соответствующих материалов или нанесением защитных покрытий на незащищенную поверхность. При этом должны учитываться нормальные условия предполагаемой эксплуатации и технического обслуживания (см. 7.1). Соответствие данному требованию проверяют испытанием по 10.2.2.
